ABOUT Uncommon Leader:
Believing new leaders can be discovered and existing leaders can be developed, the Center of Effective Leadership has created a leadership training event sure to help local churches expand their leadership potential.
Meet the Uncommon Leader:
Uncommon Leader is an 8-hour leadership curriculum packed with tools to tackle issues like spiritual formation, mission, vision, time management, communication, problem solving, personal and team motivation, and much more.
It is simple enough to be delivered to those with no leadership experience, yet profound enough for the most experienced pastors to leave feeling enriched. With a customizable format, the training can be provided on-site to church staff, deacon bodies, and other church leadership.
We believe that, while making disciples is the first duty of the New Testament church, training leaders follows closely behind. We also believe there to be a leadership component in everything we do for the Kingdom.
In fact, to quote one church leadership expert, “Everything rises and falls on leadership.”
